An artistic way of sharing the love deep in my heart

I had the privilege of taking some pictures of one of my co-workers adorable children. This was my first “photo shoot” and experience editing raw data. For the first time, they were not too bad, but I’m happy I saved the raw data so that after a little more practice I can go back and make some even better. My biggest issue was not knowing had to adjust the lighting quite right, which I think I’ve gotten a better grasp on since.  Still want to work on that and also fixing pictures with fuzzy edges, if that makes sense.

It was a real joy spending a few hours with these cute kiddos and getting to capture some of their energy on film :)

My name is Sarrah Loyce, and I love photography. I am starting this blog to record my adventures as an amateur photographer, and to share the love I have for all things artistic with the world. Here I will post images, maybe poems, anything artistic that I find related to my theme, “Deep Heart” because I believe what I once heard that “Deep speaks to deep” (unknown).
